FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS......

ICE JAMS WERE CAUSING FLOODING ALONG THE ALLEGHENNY RIVER NEAR TIDIOUTE
IN LIMESTONE TOWNSHIP. THE FLOODING WAS OCCURRING NEAR THE TIPPICANOE
INN. A TRAILER PARK AND CAMP GROUND WERE AFFECTED BY THE HIGH WATERS
AS REPORTED BY PEMA.
 
IF YOU LIVE IN A FLOOD PRONE AREA IN WARREN COUNTY... YOU SHOULD BE
MONITORING RIVER AND STREAMS LEVELS. ICE JAMS CAN CAUSE RAPID RISES
ALONG STREAMS AND RIVERS.  OTHER LOCATIONS MAY SEE FLOODING FROM ICE JAMTHIS MORNING IN WARREN COUNTY.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS.  IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.
