FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1145 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE
FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN  PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...WARREN COUNTY
 
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVED ACROSS NORTHERN WARREN COUNTY BETWEEN 530
AND 730 THIS EVENING.  THESE STORMS DROPPED BETWEEN 1 AND 1.5 INCHES
OF RAIN ACROSS NORTHERN WARREN COUNTY MAINLY NORTH OF ROUTE 6.
 
DOPPLER RADAR SHOWS ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE INTO THE COUNTY
BETWEEN 730 AND 9 PM.  THESE STORMS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE AN
ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO OF RAINFALL.
 
FLOODING OF STREAMS AND CREEKS...AS WELL AS POOR DRAINAGE AREAS...IS
POSSIBLE FROM THESE THUNDERSTORMS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
