IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...GOLIAD COUNTY...VICTORIA COUNTY AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS LOCATED FROM SKIDMORE TO GOLIAD TO VICTORIA. THIS ACTIVITY WILL BE MOVING THROUGH GOLIAD AND VICTORIA COUNTIES DURING THE NEXT TWO HOURS. ALMOST THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN GOLIAD COUNTY DURING THE PAST HOUR...AND WITH ALL OF THE RAIN THAT HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST FEW DAYS...FLOODING AND FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED IN GOLIAD AND VICTORIA COUNTIES DURING THE NEXT FEW HOURS AS THIS NEXT STORM SYSTEM MOVES THROUGH.
