IN OHIO ...ASHTABULA COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT WATERS OF LAKE ERIE IN PENNSYLVANIA ...ERIE COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT WATERS OF LAKE ERIE AT 940 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST NORTH OF THE CITY OF ASHTABULA.
