AT 830 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM JUST EAST OF BREWSTER IN SOUTHWEST STARK COUNTY. THE
THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AND HOUR AND PASS JUST
SOUTH OF CANTON.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
OR E0LECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNLESS IN AN EMERGENCY UNTIL THE STORM
HAS PASSED.  MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT DRIVE INTO LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
