THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS CONTINUED THE
FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN  PENNSYLVANIA

   ...CRAWFORD COUNTY...ERIE COUNTY

AT 7PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN CLEVELAND CONTINUED TO SHOW AN AREA OF
MODERATE TO LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN MOVING NORTH INTO CRAWFORD AND ERIE
COUNTIES. RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT FROM A HALF TO 1 INCH OF RAIN
HAS FALLEN ACROSS PORTIONS OF CRAWFORD AND SOUTHERN ERIE COUNTIES FROM
5 TO 7PM AND AN ADDITIONAL HALF INCH IS POSSIBLE THROUGH 8 PM AS THE
RAIN MOVES THROUGH. THIS WOULD BE ENOUGH TO CAUSE LOCAL FLOODING OF
STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
