FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  945 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...PORTAGE COUNTY...SUMMIT COUNTY
 
AT 745 AM EDT CLEVELAND DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM
OVER SOUTHERN PARTS OF SUMMIT AND PORTAGE COUNTIES...GENERALLY ON A LINE
FROM PORTAGE LAKES THROUGH MOGADORE TO RANDOLPH. RADAR INDICATES THAT AS
MUCH AS 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN MAY HAVE FALLEN OVER PARTS OF THAT AREA.
SIGNIFICANT ROAD FLOODING AND BASEMENT FLOODING IS BEGINNING TO OCCUR
OVER THIS AREA.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROaUND.
