AT 855 PM DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN MOVING
ACROSS THE WARNED COUNTIES. VALLEY CITY IN MEDINA COUNTY RECEIVED ALMOST
2 INCHES OF RAIN IN 30 MINUTES. SOME HIGH WATER HAS BEEN REPORTED IN THE
BRUNSWICK HILLS AREA. FLOODING OF ROADS AND STREAMS ARE LIKELY.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
