FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN  PENNSYLVANIA

   ...CRAWFORD COUNTY

AT 830 PM DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN MOVING
ACROSS CRAWFORD COUNTY. SO FAR ALMOST TWO INCHES OF RAIN /1.75/ FELL IN
MEADVILLE SINCE 7 PM. SOME FLOODING WAS OCCURING SOUTH OF MEADVILLE.
FLOODING OF ROADS AND STREAMS ARE LIKELY AS THE HEAVY RAINS CONTINUE.
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GvREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
