THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE NORTHEAST PORTION

STREET FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED BY POSTAL EMPLOYEES...ESPECIALLY NEAR
