FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  145 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...HURON COUNTY...LUCAS COUNTY...OTTAWA COUNTY...RICHLAND COUNTY
   ...SANDUSKY COUNTY...SENECA COUNTY...WOOD COUNTY

DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND AT 845 AM CONTINUED TO SHOW RAIN MOVING IN
FROM THE SOUTH. THE GROUND IS SATURATED AND MANY STREAMS ARE HIGH ACROSS
THE AREA AND THIS RAIN WILL CAUSE IT TO FLOOD. SOME ROADS HAVE HIGH
WATER ON THEM ACROSS THE AREA. IN HANCOCK COUNTY SEVERAL ROADS ARE
CLOSED.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SvAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
