FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...BULLOCH COUNTY...CANDLER COUNTY
 
DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN OVER THE PAST HOUR FOR
AREAS IN THE EASTERN PORTION OF CANDLER COUNTY AND THE WESTERN PORTION
OF BULLOCH COUNTY. AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO OF RAINFALL CAN BE EXPECTED
OVER THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
