THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN COLUMBIA HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN  SOUTH CAROLINA
 
   ...CLARENDON COUNTY
 
AT 1010 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS IN CALHOUN COUNTY MOVING EAST-NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH
AND TOWARD CLARENDON COUNTY. THE STORM PROMPTING THE TORNADO
WARNING EARLIER AS MOVED OUT OF THE COUNTY.
 
HOWEVER...A TORNADO WATCH IS STILL IN EFFECT FOR CLARENDON COUNTY.
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO
RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
