FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 945 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM NEAR LINCOLNTON. THIS STORM IS MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. IT
WILL MOVE NEAR THE COMMUNITIES OF NEW HOPE AND KENNA AROUND 10 PM. THIS
STORM IS PRIMARILY PRODUCING HAIL UP TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER.
 
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
THESE WINDS BLOW DOWN TREES...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE
