FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 350 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM IN THE VICINITY OF LOUISVILLE...WEST OF MASSENA. THIS STORM
WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT AROUND 25 MPH AND WILL EFFECT THE COMMUNITIES OF
MASSENA AND BRASHER CENTER BETWEEN 300 AND 315 PM.
