WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 415 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES

IN NORTHEAST COLORADO
     SOUTHWESTERN WASHINGTON

IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO
     NORTH CENTRAL LINCOLN

AT 209 PM MDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
CONTINUING OVER RURAL AREAS SOUTHWESTERN WASHINGTON AND NORTH 
CENTRAL LINCOLN COUNTIES.  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT UP TO 5 INCHES OF 
RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THIS AREA DURING THE PAST 90 MINUTES.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND
ARROYOS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
