THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF HARPER
OR ABOUT 35 MILES WEST OF ONTARIO.  RADAR INDICATED THE POSSIBILITY OF
LARGE HAIL WITH THIS STORM.
 
THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST ABOUT 10 MPH AND
WILL REACH HARPER BETWEEN 330 AND 345 PM PDT.
