FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN EAST CENTRAL ALABAMA

   ...RUSSELL
 
HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS EAST ALABAMA TODAY WITH RAINFALL TOTALS
BETWEEN 2 AND 4 INCHES IN NORTHERN RUSSELL AND SOUTHERN LEE COUNTIES
SINCE 700 AM THIS MORNING.  THE RUSSELL COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED THAT 
PORTIONS OF HIGHWAY 80 ALONG THE LEE AND RUSSELL COUNTY LINE IS
UNDER WATER.

ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN IS MOVING INTO THIS AREA INCREASING THE THREAT
OF FLASH FLOODING.
