    HEAVY RAINFALL...IN EXCESS OF THREE INCHES IN THREE HOURS...HAVE
    BEEN INDICATED BY DOPPLER RADAR. HEAVIEST RAINFALLS HAVE FALLEN
    PRIMARILY BETWEEN GRAND MARSH AND ROME.
