IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE ...NORTHERN COLLINGSWORTH COUNTY AT 717 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM OVER EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN WHEELER COUNTY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH. THIS STORM WILL MOVE INTO NORTH CENTRAL COLLINGSWORTH COUNTY...AND MAY AFFECT DOZIER...SAMNORWOOD AND LUTIE BY 8 PM. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING TORNADOES.
