AT 910 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
DEVELOPING TORNADO JUST NORTH OF THE CITY OF BORGER. THE STORM WILL MOVE
EAST AT 20 MPH. PEOPLE IN AND NEAR BORGER SHOULD TAKE COVER NOW.
 
ABANDON VEHICLES AND MOBILE HOMES...SEEK SHELTER IN A REINFORCED
BUILDING.  AS A LAST RESORT...A DITCH OR LOW SPOT OFFERS BETTER
