NORFOLK...LIFTING NORTHWARD AROUND 20 MILES PER HOUR.  SPOTTERS
INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO AT POINDEXTER ROAD AND INTERSTATE 464.
THE STORM WITH THE POSSIBLE TORNADO WILL MOVE ACROSS THE CITY OF
NORFOLK AND THE NORTHERRN PART OF CHESAPEAKE.
