FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL WERE MOVING NORTHWARD
OVER EASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY AND GUADALUPE COUNTY.  SOME OF THE
STORMS ARE TRACKING OVER THE SAME LOCATIONS...MAKING THE THREAT OF
FLASH FLOODING LIKELY.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODING. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.
MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO
FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
