AT 142 AM...AREAS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE ACROSS MUCH OF
WASHINGTON COUNTY. THIS IS FALLING ACROSS AREAS THAT HAVE ALREADY
RECEIVED UP TO 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL FROM PREVIOUS STORMS.
