AT 745 PM MDT DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ON THE EAST
SIDE OF CASPER MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH. THIS STORM  PRODUCED A
62 MILE AN HOUR WIND GUST AT THE CASPER AIRPORT.
