THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHOENIX AZ HAS ISSUED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 115 AM MST FOR
PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN SOUTH-CENTRAL ARIZONA

  ...NORTHEASTERN MARICOPA COUNTY
     INCLUDING CAVE CREEK...CAREFREE...STATE ROUTE 87 AND THE SALT    
     RIVER LAKES...

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINS CONTINUE ACROSS
NORTHEAST MARICOPA COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE IN AN AREA BETWEEN
CAREFREE AND APACHE LAKE. MOVEMENT OF THESE STORMS WAS TO THE EAST AT
15 MILES PER HOUR.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO
