SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

ANOTHER AREA OF HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING INTO NORTH JERSEY WITH
THE LARGEST STORMS DUE TO MOVE INTO MORRIS COUNTY. THE STORMS WERE
LOCATED ALONG 513 IN THE VICINITY OF WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP. VERY HEAVY
RAIN IS LIKELY WITH THESE STORMS...AND ON TOP OF WHAT FELL EARLIER...
WILL CAUSE SOME ISOLATED FLOODING. THERE MAY ALSO BE STRONG WINDS AND
HAIL.
 
HEAVY RAINS WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
STREAMS AND UNDERPASSES VERY QUICKLY.  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.  THE WATER MAY BE DEEPER
THAN YOU THINK.  IF CAUGHT IN RISING WATERS...ABANDON YOUR CAR
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
