SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  445 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN  PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...CARBON COUNTY
 
AT 343 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM APPROACHING HAZLETON
AIRPORT IN LUZERNE COUNTY. THE STORM IS MOVING EAST AT 30 TO 35 MILES AN
HOUR AND WILL ENTER NORTHERN CARBON COUNTY BY 4 PM. THIS STORM WILL
PRODUCE LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.
 
HEAVY RAINS WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
STREAMS AND UNDERPASSES VERY QUICKLY.  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.  THE WATER MAY BE DEEPER
THAN YOU THINK.  IF CAUGHT IN RISING WATERS...ABANDON YOUR CAR
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
