IN PENNSYLVANIA ...BUCKS COUNTY AT 422 PM EDT...A DEVELOPING SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY NWS DOPPLER RADAR IN THE VICINITY OF WARMINSTER MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
