THUNDERSTORM IN EASTERN HARFORD COUNTY NEAR WEBSTER VILLAGE ALONG
INTERSTATE 95.
 
THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL CUT ACROSS NORTHWEST
CECIL COUNTY NEAR PORT DEPOSIT AND FARMINGTON HILL.
 
THE STORM HAS HAD A HISTORY OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL...FREQUENT
LIGHTNING AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS.
 
HEAVY RAINS WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
STREAMS AND UNDERPASSES VERY QUICKLY.  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.  THE WATER MAY B,E DEEPER
