ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 810 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...NEW CASTLE COUNTY

AT 2 AM THE CHRISTINA RIVER AT COOCH'S BRIDGE REACHED A STAGE OF 8.8
FEET AND WILL CONTINUE TO RISE. FLOOD STAGE IS 9 FEET. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF 1.2 INCHES FELL SINCE 10 PM FRIDAY EVENING OVER THE
RIVER BASIN. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED AND IF THE RAINFALL
AMOUNTS REACH 2 INCHES A RISE TO AROUND 11 FEET AT COOCH'S
BRIDGE CAN BE EXPECTED.
