FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  900 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

THE 300PM STAGE OF THE CHRISTINA RIVER AT COOCHES BRIDGE WAS 8.5 FEET
AND RISING. FLOOD STAGE IS 9 FEET. A CREST OF BETWEEN 10 TO 11 FEET
IS EXPECTED AT COOCHES BRIDGE THIS EVENING.  THIS CREST IS SLIGHTLY
LOWER THAN THE PEAK STAGE EXPERIENCED LAST WEEKEND.
