ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 900 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 700 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO
INDICATE HEAVY RAIN IN NORTHWEST MONROE COUNTY NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80
AND WEST OF INTERSTATE 380. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES APPROXIMATELY
TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THIS REGION DURING THE PAST HOUR
OR SO. IN ADDITION...A NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE STORM SPOTTER
REPORTED THAT OVER ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS RECENTLY FALLEN IN NORTHWEST
