THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHILADELPHIA/MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS
ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 320 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN  NEW JERSEY

   ...MERCER COUNTY
 
AT 500 AM EDT THE STAGE OF THE ASSUNPINK CREEK AT TRENTON WAS
6.05 FEET AND RISING.  FLOOD STAGE IS 7 FEET.  NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS INDICATING A LARGE AREA OF RAIN JUST
SOUTH OF TRENTON MOVING TO THE NORTH.  WHEN THIS RAIN ENTERS
THE TRENTON AREA BY SUNRISE...THE ASSUNPINK CREEK IS EXPECTED
TO RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE.  RESIDENTS ALONG THE ASSUNPINK CREEK
SHOULD BE ALERT TO RISING WATER LEVELS AND BE READY TO MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND IF CONDITIONS WARRANT.
