FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...MONROE COUNTY
 
     TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN FELL OVER PARTS OF MONROE COUNTY
DURING THE EVENING AS THUNDERSTORMS MOVED SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE
COUNTY.  SAYLORSBURG RECEIVED 3 INCHES IN 1 HOUR.
 
     MORE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE COUNTY
BETWEEN 745 AND 845 PM.  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN WOULD CAUSE FLOODING
OF SOME SMALL STREAMS AND FLOODING IN AREAS OF POOR DRAINAGE.
