THE DELAWARE OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED A BRIDGE WASHOUT
BETWEEN SMYRNA AND CHESWOLD IN NORTHERN KENT COUNTY.  ANOTHER
THUNDERSTORM HAS JUST DEVELOPED OVER DOVER WHERE URBAN FLOODING OCCURRED
EARLIER TODAY.  THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT THE NORTHEAST PART OF THE
COUNTY THROUGH 6 PM EXACERBATING THE FLOODING ALREADY IN PROGRESS.
