FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  345 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN  MARYLAND

   ...NORTHERN CAROLINE COUNTY...QUEEN ANNES COUNTY

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES
AN HOUR HAVE FALLEN OVER PARTS OF THE COUNTIES. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN TO
THE WEST WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA OVERNIGHT.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED AREAS.  THE DEPTH OF THE
WATER MAY BE HIGHER THAN YOU THINK.  RAPIDLY RISING WATERS CAN
QUICKLY ENGULF YOUR VEHICLE AND ITS OCCUPANTS...WASHING THEM AWAY.
