ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...CAMDEN COUNTY
 
AT 400 AM THE STAGE OF THE COOPER RIVER AT HADDONFIELD WAS 2.8 FEET
AND RISING.  FLOOD STAGE AT HADDONFIELD IS 2.8 FEET. A CREST OF
AROUND 3.2 FEET IS EXPECTED AT HADDONFIELD LATER THIS MORNING.

VERY HEAVY RAINS CAN CAUSE FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW
LYING SPOTS IN A HURRY. BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING CONDITIONS.
