FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

DOPPLER RADAR SHOWS AREA LARGE AREA OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN MOVING
INTO NEW CASTLE COUNTY. AUTOMATIC RIVER GAGES ALONG THE RED AND WHITE
CLAY CREEKS AND THE CHRISTINA RIVER ARE SHOWING RAPID RISES. AT 3PM
THE GAGE AT COOCHS BRIDGE WAS AT 8.2 FT. FLOOD STAGE IS 9FT. ON THE
WHITE CLAY THE GAGE AT DELAWARE PARK WAS 9.1 FT. FLOOD STAGE IS 13 FT.
