ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 215 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN  DELAWARE

   ...NEW CASTLE COUNTY
 
AT 600 PM...THE CHRISTINA RIVER AT COOCHS BRIDGE WAS AT 7.54 FT AND
RISING BETWEEN 1/2 A FOOT AND 1 FOOT PER HOUR.  WITH MODERATE TO
HEAVY RAINFALL EXPECTED THROUGH THIS EVENING ACROSS NEW CASTLE
COUNTY...THE CHRISTINA RIVER IS EXPECTED TO REACH FLOOD STAGE AT
COOCHS BRIDGE AROUND 800 PM AND CREST AT 9.5 FT LATER THIS
EVENING.  FLOOD STAGE IS 9 FT.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE AREA.
