THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHILADELPHIA/MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS
EXTENDED THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 530 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN  NEW JERSEY

   ...MORRIS COUNTY

MORRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL REPORTED NUMEROUS
ROADWAYS...INCLUDING THE NETCONG CIRCLE...WERE COMPLETELY CLOSED DUE
TO SMALL STREAM AND POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING.  WHILE THE HEAVY RAIN WAS
LEAVING THE COUNTY...IT WILL TAKE A COUPLE OF HOURS FOR WATER TO
RECEDE FROM THESE ROADWAYS.

AVOID AREAS WHICH ARE PRONE TO FLOODING. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT
NIGHT WHEN IT IS MORE DIFFICULT TO RECOGNIZE FLOOD DANGERS. IF YOU
GET CAUGHT BY FLOOD WATERS...LEAVE YOUR CAR AND GET TO HIGHER GROUND
QUICKLY.  DON/T MOVE BARRICADES TO DRIVE ON FLOODED ROADWAYS. 
SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE DROWNED THIS YEAR AFTER MOVING BARRICADES AND
TRYING TO DRIVE ON FLOODED ROADWAYS.  YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT.
