ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 200 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN  PENNSYLVANIA

   ...CHESTER COUNTY
 
HEAVY RAINS OF BETWEEN 1.5 AND 2.0 INCHES HAS CAUSED RAPID WITHIN
BANKFULL RISES OF THE EAST BRANCH OF THE BRANDYWINE CREEK.  IN
DOWNINGTOWN...AS OF 945 AM THE STAGE WAS 6.8 FEET.  FLOOD STAGE IS 7
FEET AND SHOULD BE REACHED SHORTLY.  THE RIVER WILL CREST CLOSE TO 8
FEET BY EARLY AFTERNOON.

DO NOT DRIVE ON FLOODED ROADWAYS.  DO NOT MOVE BARRICADES.  IF YOU
