ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 105 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN  DELAWARE

   ...NEW CASTLE COUNTY
 
DOPPLER RADAR SHOWS AN AREA OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINS MOVING INTO
NEW CASTLE COUNTY FROM NORTHEAST MARYLAND. AUTOMATIC RIVER GAGES
SHOW THE CHRISTINA RIVER AND THE WHITE CLAY CREEK RISING RAPIDLY. THE
ADDITIONAL RAIN SHOULD SEND THESE STREAMS OVER THEIR BANKS. AT 9PM
THE CHRISTINA RIVER AT COOCHS BRIDGE WAS AT 8 FEET. FLOOD STAGE IS 9
FT.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE
AREA.
