THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE TN HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
LOCATIONS...

IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE
...DAVIDSON COUNTY...SUMNER COUNTY...

DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATES HEAVY RAINFALL FROM THUNDERSTORMS
MOVING THROUGH THE NASHVILLE AREA AT 435 PM CDT.  THESE STORMS WILL
CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST AND AFFECT HENDERSONVILLE AND GALLATIN
BY AROUND 5 PM.  FLASH FLOODING WILL BECOME A PROBLEM SHORTLY IN THE
NASHVILLE METRO AND IN THE SUMNER COUNTY AREA AFTER 5 PM.

AREA RESIDENTS SHOULD MONITOR FLOOD CONDITIONS... AND BE PREPARED
TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND... SHOULD FLOOD WATERS THREATEN. IF FLASH
FLOODING IS OBSERVED... ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN
WATER BEGINS RISING.
