FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 1215 PM CDT DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATES VERY HEAVY RAIN
CONTINUING TO FALL ACROSS PUTNAM COUNTY FROM BAXTER TO COOKEVILLE AND AL
O 
RAINFALL TOTALS HAVE EXCEEDED 3 INCHES IN THESE AREAS SINCE 10 AM CDT.
 
THIS WILL CAUSE STREAMS TO RISE QUICKLY WITH WATER LEAVING THEIR BANKS.
 
PONDING OF WATER CAN ALSO BE EXPECTED IN LOW LYING AREAS AND ON
ROADWAYS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
