IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA ...BENTON COUNTY...EASTERN MORRISON COUNTY ...EASTERN STEARNS COUNTY AT 840 PM...RADAR DETECTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM NEAR FT RIPLEY SOUTH TO LITLLE FALLS TO JUST WEST OF ST CLOUD. SOME OF THE TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THESE STORMS ARE...PIERZ...RICE ST CLOUD AND THE WESTERN SUBURBS...AND ST JOSEPH. AT 825 PM LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED...WI0NDS GREATER THAN 50 MPH AND MARBLE SIZED HAIL 9 MILES WEST OF LITTLE FALLS. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT.
