* CAUSE AND EFFECT
    SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL WITH
    DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES OF AROUND 4 INCHES IN THE MANKATO AREA.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
    DOPPER RADAR INDICATES THAT MORE THUNDERSTORMS NEAR ST JAMES
    WILL BE MOVING NORTHEAST OVER THE SAME AREA OF NORTHERN BLUE
    EARTH COUNTY THROUGH AT LEAST 11 PM.  MUDSLIDES AND FLOODING
    OF INTERSECTIONS ARE LIKELY IN AND AROUND THE MANKATO AREA.

LEAVE FLOOD PRONE OR LOW LYING AREAS IMMEDIATELY.  PARENTS SHOULD
KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM CULVERTS OR OPEN DRAINAGE DITCHES.
