TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  230 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH WISCONSIN
 
   ...SOUTHERN GREEN COUNTY
 
AT 150 PM THE GREEN COUNTY SHERRIF REPORTED A SMALL TORNADAO THAT WAS
BRIEFLY TOUCHING DOWN NEAR THE ILLINOIS BORDER SOUTH OF MONROE.  THE
TORNADO OCCASIONALLY LIFTS THEN TOUCHES DOWN.
 
ALTHOUGH THIS SHOULD NOT BE A VIOLENT TORNADO...IT IS CABABLE OF CAUSING
SOME DAMAGE.
 
THE TORNADO WAS MOVING SLOWLY WEST.
