FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 230 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTHWEST TEXAS

   ...ANDREWS COUNTY

IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS

   ...WESTERN ECTOR COUNTY
 
AT 1125 PM CDT...MIDLAND DOPPLER INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY
HEAVY RAIN CONTINUED TO MOVE OVER ANDREWS AND WESTERN ECTOR
COUNTIES.  HEAVY RAIN HAD BEEN OCCURRING OVER THESE AREAS FOR
SEVERAL HOURS...SO FLASH FLOODING WILL BE IMMINENT AS
THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO PASS OVER THE AREA.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
