FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 105 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTHWEST TEXAS

   ...GARZA COUNTY
 
AT 1150 PM...A LARGE THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS LOCATED
JUST NORTH AND EAST OF POST.  RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN
EXCESS OF 2 INCHES IN THE ONE HOUR PERIOD ENDING AT 1145 PM WITH
THIS STORM.  FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY WITH THIS STORM...ESPECIALLY
ALONG FM 651 AND FM 2008 EAST AND NORTHEAST OF POST.  ADDITIONAL
FLOODING ALONG US HIGHWAY 380 EAST OF POST IS POSSIBLE.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
